JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Business Development Manager will play an integral
role in delivering the organisation?s fundraising strategy with a
particular focus on our delivery of increased funds from corporate
partners. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous
fundraising, sales or account management experience and the ability to
connect with people to build long-term relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION / PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Must have 2 + year?s previous experience in the management of
external stakeholders, particularly corporate partnerships, and a
proven ability to work on their own initiative.
* Research and identify relationships with new corporate partners.
* A strategic thinker with experience in fundraising, business
development and get results.
* Consistent excellence in verbal and written communications ? the
ability to write effectively and persuasively is a must.
* Clear understanding of social media and technology know how.
* Commitment and passionate about our purpose and telling our story.
* Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and ethical fibre.
* A commitment to excellence and close attention to detail.
